Find the right counter.
Start with SGC and the department stores named in the official announcement.
The verified retail channels.
The Pokémon product page names SGC Gold Shops and department stores including Takashimaya, Mitsukoshi Isetan, and Daimaru Matsuzakaya. Store start dates and availability can differ. Read the official retailer list ↗
Ask for K24 サーフゴー. This is the Japanese product name for the small pure-gold Gholdengo figurine. The life-size gold-leaf display is a separate piece.
A checklist for your enquiry.
- Confirm the exact item. State K24, approximately 6cm and 15g. Ask for the current price and included case.
- Check fulfilment. Ask about stock, made-to-order arrangements, collection dates, and any payment deadline. No live inventory is supplied on this site.
- Ask about delivery. For an overseas purchase, confirm whether the shop accepts your order and can deliver to your destination.
- Get the terms in writing. Check cancellation, returns, packaging, and any applicable service charges before payment.
For collectors outside Japan.
The verified announcements do not establish international shipping, an overseas retail release, or proxy-service eligibility. Ask the seller directly. A third-party listing should be checked against the official product name and specifications.
If you use an intermediary, ask who issues the invoice, who handles damage or loss, and what happens if the order cannot be fulfilled. These are purchase questions, not claims that any particular service is authorised.
Contact and exhibition routes.
The official Pokémon announcement gives SGC's general product enquiry number as +81 3-6280-6517, 11:00–18:00 on its listed business days. Check the source for excluded holidays and closures.
The exhibition calendar links to the announced department-store events and their contacts. A past exhibition is not evidence of present stock.
